In the game, players tap music notes in a four-lane rhythm game system synchronized with iconic tracks from the original Cho Aniki series. The game features the franchise's most recognizable characters (Samson, Adon, Idaten, Benten, Uminin) rendered in 3D, performing increasingly complex dance choreography as stage difficulty increases.
